Throughout his decorated career, JT has developed a deep understanding of threat analysis and operational effectiveness, specialising in Mass Casualty Events, Crowd Behaviour Dynamics, and Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear incidents.  His qualifications in Crowd Safety Management enable him to construct bespoke advice for organisations, addressing risks in high-density environments, optimising crowd flow, and designing safety protocols for large-scale events.

JT holds certifications in Counter-Terrorist Risk Management and the Tactical Emergency Management (Emergency Planning College), alongside specialised training in Crowd Safety Management.  These credentials empower him to deliver data-driven strategies that balance safety, operational efficiency, and attendee experience.  His agile project management qualifications enable seamless implementation of physical protective measures and adaptive crowd control solutions.

A trusted authority in public safety, JT has provided expert testimony in Criminal, Coronial, and Civil Courts for cases ranging from homicide investigations to post-incident liability analysis. He works closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement best practices and ensure compliance with evolving international safety standards.
